How to Delete Your Account and Data
Option 1: Self-service (recommended)
- Log in to your account at https://pytch.cc/dashboard
- Go to Profile settings
- Click Delete Account at the bottom of the dialog
- Confirm deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Option 2: Email request
Send an email to pytch.cc@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 days and send confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently and irrecoverably deleted:
- Your profile (name, email, company)
- All projects and pipeline results
- All contact data discovered through your projects
- All email thread and conversation history stored in Pytch
- Your Gmail OAuth tokens (access to your Gmail account is revoked immediately)
- Your settings and preferences
What Is Retained
The following data is retained after account deletion for legal and operational reasons:

Gmail Access Revocation
Disconnecting Gmail or deleting your account immediately revokes our OAuth access to your Gmail account. To independently verify and revoke access:
- Go to Google Account Permissions
- Find "Pytch" in the list
- Click "Remove access"
Data Portability
Before deleting your account, you may request an export of your data. Use the Export my data button in your Profile settings, or email pytch.cc@gmail.com with the subject "Data Export Request".
