Prohibited Uses

Spam & Bulk Email

  • Sending unsolicited bulk commercial email (spam) to any recipient
  • Sending identical or near-identical messages to large numbers of recipients without personalization
  • Using purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists

Deception & Fraud

  • Impersonating any person, organization, or brand
  • Falsifying email headers or sender information
  • Sending phishing emails or social engineering attacks
  • Making false or misleading claims about your product, service, or identity

Harassment & Harm

  • Sending threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing content

  • Any content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination

Legal Violations

  • Violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, PECR, or any applicable email or privacy law
  • Failing to honor unsubscribe or opt-out requests

Email Sending Standards

Users must:

  1. Only send from their own verified Gmail account
  2. Include accurate sender identification in all emails
  3. Include a mechanism for recipients to opt out of further contact (where legally required)
  4. Maintain a sender reputation — high bounce rates or spam complaints may trigger account review

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse through automated signals (bounce rates, spam reports) and manual review. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

Reporting Abuse

If you receive an email sent via Pytch that violates this policy, please report it to pytch.cc@gmail.com with the full email headers.
